Audit
At no charge. We list what you run today, where the data lives and what the migration really involves. You keep the written findings either way.

Migrate
We move employees, customers, tickets, assets and history onto the open-source stack, then reconcile it against your old system.

Launch
Cutover on a date you pick, with training for admins and the people who enter data. Parallel run where payroll is involved.

Manage
Patching, upgrades, backups with tested restores and monitoring, with a named engineer who knows your system.

How we price
One annual managed fee.
Based on the capacity and usage your system needs. Infrastructure is included, so there is no separate server bill and no per-seat licence. Your exact quote is confirmed during the free audit.
