Do you sell Zoho or Cflow licences?
We implement and support them. Licences come from the vendor at their current price, unless we tell you otherwise in the quote.
What does the implementation include?
A fit audit, configuration around your processes, data migration from your current tools and training in Arabic and English. Support after go-live is optional and quoted separately.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes. We clean, map and import your existing records, then check them with your team before go-live.
Why does an open source company also implement Zoho?
The right tool depends on your team, your IT capacity and where your data has to sit. We would rather recommend the right one than sell the one we run.
Can we move to open source later?
Yes. Cloud platforms let you export your data, and we can plan a move to a self-hosted system if your needs change.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the apps, the data and the number of teams involved. We confirm the timeline in writing after the audit.
